Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Class
Date: 3rd Sunday of each month Feb-May(2/21, 3/21, 4/18,5/16)
5-6pm
Location: Elite Dance Company, 17 Alpine Lane, Chelmsford MA
Host: Laura Marie & Bindy Johnson
Cost: Fees:  sign up for all 4 classes for $80, Drop into one class (if there is space) $25
Register: Space is limited, pre-registration required
Please note that you do need to bring some props with you (see list below).    Laura has some new bolsters available for sale for $40  Bolster discounted to $35 if you are signing up for the full class series.

Yoga mat, Bolster (some available to purchase from Laura),
Blanket, 2 throw pillows, Eyebag (optional)
